WEICON Zinc Spray special light is TÜV-tested, provides permanent cathodic corrosion protection to all metal surfaces and has a light color that is similar to fresh hot-dip galvanization. It forms a fast-drying, firmly adhering protective layer made of microfine zinc flakes. The zinc flakes form a resistant protective layer even against extreme weather and environmental influences. In the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts that were coated with Zinc Spray special light showed no corrosion even after more than 550 hours. WEICON Zinc Spray special light can be used to coat welds and drilled areas, as a conductive intermediate layer in spot welding and wherever metal needs to be protected from corrosion.
